Whether you'd like a gift box of assorted bonbons sent as a surprise or a selection of lollipops set aside for pickup, here's how it all works.
We deliver within the local area most days. Place your order by 2pm and we'll send your confectionery out fresh, usually the next morning between 9am and 1pm. A small delivery fee applies depending on your location. Local pickups are always free and ready within 24 hours.
Place your order online and pick it up fresh at a time that suits you. We'll have everything beautifully packaged and waiting — just let us know your name when you arrive.
All our sweets leave our kitchen fresh. Chocolates and confectionery are best enjoyed soon after purchase; store in a cool place away from direct sunlight to keep them at their finest.
Planning a party, gift box delivery, or need sweets for a special occasion? Give us a few days' notice so we can prepare enough stock without running short. Contact us and we'll make it happen.
Need to modify or cancel your order? Let us know before we prepare it and we'll adjust or refund without fuss. Once your sweets are packed with your name on them, changes become much harder.
